Between Low, Mark Eitzel and Michael Gira, the band brings an amazing, bright and full-acoustic record where petrified voices, solemn strings and celestial piano progress and interfere. « Hiding In The Wrong House » is the shout of hidden child trapped in adult body, a hazy dream with limpid and dangling emotions. On May 25th, Ocean Music presents an exclusive night with Norwegian band, Happily Ever After and the Australian, Scott Matthews at L'Européen in Paris. Mystical, solemn and paradoxal beauty will fill the audience for a unique show in France of both performers. After a tour rich in emotions with festival «Les Femmes S'en Mêlent», tears and laughter were shared, hotel rooms were trashed - no, this ain't true - and now, Tamara Williamson is home in Canada. Anyway, she isn't leaving us forever! Tamara Williamson will be back in Europe in autumn, with pianist and singer, Rachel Smith.
Until then, there's been many happenings: this last month, I-tunes and Deezer fell for the Canadian's charm and her new album «More Than A Decade / Small Songs» appeared on both their homepages. Welcome on board a french band from Toulouse, International Hyper Rythmique. While waiting for the release of their first album - which may be out during spring of 2009 - let us introduce them. Playing a fresh indie pop influenced by Fugazi, Interpol, Radiohead or Stormandstress, these brothers and sisters (Jean, Claire et Laurence) create music where space and time intermingle. After taking their first steps on stage as the opening act for Hyperclean, International Hyper Rythmique have shared stage with Handsome Furs, Quarter After, Asteroïd n 4, Pauline Croze.
